− Weinig vertrouwen in gasten: overal bordjes in appartement om je te waarschuwen voor extra kosten (als dit kapot is, dan deze boete etc)

− Bugs in the bathroom. Room no 1005 inner bedroom wardrobe light is really pour from safety point of view, after the switch was replaced with a direct connection - insulated with tape - so I had to disconnect the lighter. My son got light electro shocked. It is not safe at all!
