− Il faut des chaussures en plastiques pour aller dans l’eau, le premier jour (arrive l’après midi/fin de soiree) on nous a dit qu’on nous mettait des chaussures de côté demain matin, résultat nous n’avons eu aucune chaussure de tout notre séjour, on a demandé tous les jours, à chaque fois on nous a dit non revenez plus tard

10.0The hotel's location, atmosphere, and the attentiveness of the staff were very good. We were very pleased that they tried to assist us with everything we needed. We especially want to thank restaurant manager Nitish for helping us with everything. We would also like to thank Arwind and the other staff members working at the bar. A hotel with a concept that families and adults can easily choose.

8.0Die Anlage machte einen sehr schönen Eindruck und wurde immer gepflegt. Essen im Karay (Hauptrestaurant) am Abend war gut. Frühstück ließ auch keine Wünsche offen.
− Ich habe mir das gesamte Hotel ein wenig kleiner/gemütlicher vorgestellt. Aber es ist eine sehr große Anlage mit sehr vielen Urlaubern. Es wäre toll gewesen wenn die Pools oder zumindest einer geheizt worden wäre. Es war Anfang Juli nämlich ziemlich ein durchwachsenes Wetter, bewölkt, luftig, dadurch relativ kalt (20-25°C). Leider war das Wasser in den Pools extrem kalt. Bei dem Pool an der Bar sollte unbedingt etwas gemacht werden, die Stiege wird irgendwann einen Abflug machen mit einem Urlauber, die Haltestangen an der Kante des Pools haben zudem scharfe Kanten vom Winkelschleifer, da auch Kinder in dem Hotel sind finde ich das ein wenig bedenklich.
