− Ants in the room, maintenance needed in the bathroom to rehang the towel bar and raise and reanchor the shower curtain bar
Okay but not great
5.0The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Everything was in working order.
− The free breakfast was lacking. The coffee makers one was out of order the other was malfunctioning. The staff was helpful. The food offered was minimal compared to other IHG hotels I have stayed at and the area was not clean trash cans were full. One lady got some cereal and there was no milk. Since there was no coffee service in my room having to go down to the lobby to get coffee and then it's not working was disappointing.
Host was very friendly and helpful. Property quiet and clean.
