10.0We had an excellent experience. Property is amazingly beautiful and way to reach the hotel is quite easy. It is located at the center which makes both North and South goa easily accessible.
Warning dont go
2.0Do not go here , choose any other place. First of all this is in the middle of nowhere and you reallty dont have anywhere to walk to. The cab prices are fixed and high. Your sleep is going to be zero because front and balcony door have huge gaps so all sounds can be heard and they will talk ,walk and have noises the whole night , when we were here the noise stopped 7 in the morning so we had to leave this hotel after the first night. The hotel promised money back but have not seen it so even that tells me scale of this hotel when they cant even make a normal bank transfer. The breakfast was not eatable.

4.0restaurant service was pathetic. very poor mobile connectivity- no wifi in the rooms (only lobby area at slow speed)
