Very Good Stay at Tangerine Beach Hotel, Kalutara
6.0We recently held our annual office trip at Tangerine Beach Hotel, Kalutara, and overall, we had a very good experience. The hotel offers a pleasant beachfront atmosphere and a comfortable environment for group events and leisure stays. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were well maintained. The staff were courteous, friendly, and supportive throughout our stay. They were responsive to our requests and made a genuine effort to ensure that our group had an enjoyable experience. The reservation and coordination process was also handled professionally. The food was enjoyable, with a good variety of options available. While there is always room for improvement in certain areas, the overall quality and service met our expectations. We would like to thank the management and staff of Tangerine Beach Hotel for their hospitality and support in making our office trip successful and memorable. We appreciate the experience and would certainly consider visiting again in the future.
Gorgeous sea view.
9.0This was my 3rd visit to Tangerine Beach Hotel, and the beachfront location is still absolutely superb! We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful, grand lobby. A major highlight of our stay was the in-room dining for dinner—the food was absolutely fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed having our meal on the private balcony overlooking the gorgeous sea view.
− While we love this hotel, a couple of areas could use some attention. The morning breakfast buffet was just okay this time, and didn't quite live up to the standard of our previous stays However, we had a frustrating experience at checkout. I requested assistance at the lobby to have our bags brought down, but after waiting a very long time in the lobby, I eventually had to go back up and carry our luggage down to the lobby myself. This was the only real disappointment during an otherwise lovely stay.
