10.0From the second i got in, a staff member called beyza messaged me and asked if i needed anything to tell her, which was very helpful and proffesional, and i liked everything about the property especially the service i received by beyza, i forgot my tablets and passport in the room, so i told her and she took the matter in her own hands and sorted it out in no time, the best customer service i got in a hotel !
If it was not for the medical reason I would have lift the next day, bad pole in that hotel that restricted the staff fr

− Location, no AC SERVICE, ,bad rooms service practices, not consistent in service and supply, refuse to turn the air conditioning even the room temperature was 24/12, poor staff kept on apologizing for things that they didn’t have any control over that’s enough for now I can go on and on but I don’t think what ever I say will change anything.
