2.0Bed bugs manager denied it but wrap around box spring was all black disgusting would not recommend stay away go stay at the barclay nice rooms smaller but no bed bugs plus we forgot something there and the manager denied that it was there my guess they kept for themselves
Most expensive cheapie motel ever!
6.0Despite the lovely gentleman who checked us in and gave us his "secret last room", the rate of $200 for a Thursday night was a bit of a shock. Unfortunately, we were very tired after a long, very hot day of travelling, and our resistance was low! Granted, the room was a one-bedroom suite. Although very clean, it was stuffy in the extreme, the ac unit was very noisy, no shelving in the bedroom nor a tv, dodgy mattress. We took a chance and opened the tiny window (with no bug screen or security even though it was ground floor) in the bedroom, and that did help a bit. No hooks to hang things in the bathroom, no flat surface to put a washbag down. As always in hotels, tiny towels - at least these weren't threadbare. Almost worth the price of admission alone, was the shower - great water pressure and hot water, and a quiet night!

4.0Location was convenient. OK, if you just need a place to stay for a couple of days. The towels were all stained. Management wanted the dishes washed but only place to do it was in the bathroom sink. Smoke alarm had a dying battery and beeped all night long. Probably won't stay here again.

10.0The Redford is very well managed and taken care of by the attentive staff. We had a wonderful 3 days there. The pizza at Dimitri’s is top of the line. Like pizza used to be.

4.0Didn’t get what was booked, had to pay CAN $423,75 more to get the correct place 😡 Place is ok, have used it before, but the case for extra payment for this stay, will unfortunately cause that it not will be used in the future.
