− O atendimento da recepção podia ser bem melhor, algo que condissesse com hospedagem de luxo que a pousada se propõe, mas entendo que esse é um problema da ilha, de forma geral, infelizmente. O serviço, de modo geral, pode melhorar muito ainda!

− Habiamos reservado un bungalow de luxo. Nos pareció tan horrible que nos fuimos y nos hospedamos en otra Posada, INCLUSO PERDIENDO EL DINERO PAGO. MUY MAL BOOKING, LA DESCRIPCION NO REFLEJA LA REALIDAD, LOS PRECIOS EN BOOKING QUE PAGAMOS Y NO NOS DEVOLVIERON NADA, ERAN 50% SUPERIORES A LOS PUBLICADOS EN LA PAGINA DE LA POSADA. ESTOS ALTOS PRECIOS TAMBIEN NOS INDUJERON A PENSAR QUE ERA UNA BUENA POSADA. EL "BUNGALOW COMPLETO" COMO FIGURA EN BOOKING RESULTÓ SER SIMPLEMENTE UNA PIEZA CHICA CON UN BAÑO, OSCURA, SIN NIGUNA VISTA, SUCIA, CON LA CAMA ROTA, Y MAL PRESENTADA. NOS QUEJAMOS EN BOORKING AL RESPECTO, Y NO RECIBIMOS HASTA HORA NINGUNA RESPUESTA. EL RECIBIMIENTO Y LA ATENCIÓN EN LA POSADA A SU VEZ TAMBIEN FUE MUY MALA.

− o servico e pessimo. Logo na chegada esperamos 40 minutos para que o check in fosse feito apos muito aborrecimento. Reserva confirmada e debitada integralmente antecipadamente e a equipe nao conseguia achar. Ao inves de resolver imediatamente o problema se esforçava em ter razao explicando que eram as normas da empresa. Absurdo. Alem disso a equipe realizava reunioes sobre a gestao do negocio no restaurante incomodando os hospedes. A equipe do bar discutia entre si sobre irregularidades na folha de pagamento, constrangendo os hospedes. Os quartos estao velhos sem vedacao permitindo entrada de ruido(muito), luz e mosquitos. A equipe se comportava como se estivessem fechados ignorando, incomodando e constrangendo os hospedes. Um desastre de servico
