Venue with potential but not enough services
4.0If you tired after a long day, and you have to bus to this place - then walk over 5kms with shopping down a long road - you dont feel like doing this again to go out for dinner! Hotel needs to offer more services. The beds were so hard too. This is too expensive for what it offers, other hotels have much more example happy hour & bar, lunch & dinner, free shuttle and laundry services.

6.0Pleasant hotel for the price. Breakfast tasty. No lunch or dinner served. Nice pool. You definitely need transport as too far from anything and cost of travel to Phuket town at 400 Baht each way is expensive.
Thai Hospitality at its Finest
8.0We spent 3 nights in Chiang Mai. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. When we arrived earlier than expected, they rushed to get a room ready for us. They even called our next hotel for us to straighten out the booking. Our only very small complaint was that the shower didn't get hot, merely warm. I would certainly stay here again!
