Worst outcome possible. My reservation was bogus
1.0− My reservation was confirmed. Hotel was sold out no rooms available. We drove out of our way to this hotel. Only to be turned away by the front desk. I don't know who was at fault. I had a confirmed reservation, the hotel claims that booking.com was at fault, hotel was booked full for a long while, booking.com should have never made the reservation
Loved our stay here, great location and great service

2.0Personal war abends und nachts freundlich und bemüht unsere Beschwerden zu lösen. Allerdings war es wohl nicht möglich einen Zimmerwechsel zu bekommen.
− Herd war fettig. Am meisten war schlimm das wir kaum geschlafen haben bzw. nur mit White noise im Hintergrund an Schlafen zu denken war. Über uns und neben uns waren Laute Gäste mit trampeln und rennen und klopfen gehen Wände so wie Türen knallen und lauten Streitgesprächen die ganze Nacht. Trotz mehrmaligen Hinweis durch das Personal hat sich nichts nachts geändert. Mehrere Gäste haben sich beschwert. Ein Hotel kann nichts für seine Gäste doch denke ich das es Konsequenz ziehen muss wenn viele Beschwerden kommen.
