5.0− Tv did not work! Floor felt like it was going to cave in
The gentleman that checked this in was very very helpful!!! will definitely be staying there again

Basic lodging...OYO...On Your Own for extras like breakfast.

− TV didn't work, was given a guide, few stations, by 8 pm tv didn't work. Talked to staff, not busy and still didn't come see what problem was.

− It was an extended stay hotel. Had a bad smell from people cooking or using hot plates in their room. The deadbolt would not latch, and our room was right near the front desk.
