10.0Perfect spot. Beds comfy room clean. Breakfast is great and staff are so helpful and wonderful.
I would stay here again if visiting Mannum.
8.0Close to the River. Views from Riverside room. Only cafe in Mannum offering a hot breakfast (not bakery). Was clean and tidy. Staff welcoming.

9.0Our room was excellent and spacious. This may have been due to where it was located in the complex. The idea of an individual room hot water storage system was good. No waiting till the hot water reached the room.

Always my go to in Mannum can't fault it 💙
