6.0It’s just ok, I guess for your money. I have been staying in this hotel for years every time I visit Mahahual. They have not mad any improvements. Just a place to sleep and shower. The breakfast is not good at all. Not much effort in the cooking and serving.

4.0The hotel Matan Ka’an is not well maintained and we had cockroaches in the room gaviota, the towels and sheets were not clean, they didn’t have the necessary amenities like hair dryer or mini fridge. The pool was in terrible condition.

6.0Close to the beach, restaurant hostess attitude was nice, and breakfast good. Pool is big and clean. Hotel has a unique style but needs upgrades and maintenance.

6.0The hotel is nice but the rooms are very small and the bed are not confortable. The Ac you can't ajust it as you please is set on one speed!!
