9.0die Lage inmitten Rebbergen und Olivenhainen ist einmalig.
− keine Mückengitter vor den Fenstern und die Klimaanlage hat in einigen Schlafzimmern nicht funktioniert. Zu diesem Preis sollte die Abfallentsorgung gewährleistet sein. Sollte nicht Sache des Kunden sein, zumal die nächste Entsorgungsstelle ziemlich weit weg ist.
