10.0J’ai passé une semaine entière à l’Hôtel Pisa et je n’ai vraiment rien à reprocher. Chambre impeccable, calme total (même en plein centre), lit confortable, propreté au top. L’emplacement est excellent : à deux pas de la gare Termini et des arrêts de bus, on peut se déplacer facilement partout dans Rome sans se prendre la tête. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable et discret. Accueil chaleureux, disponibilité sans jamais être envahissant. On se sent vraiment bien reçu. Pour un séjour à Rome, que ce soit pour découvrir la ville ou juste dormir correctement après des journées de marche, cet hôtel fait parfaitement le job. Pas de bruit, pas de mauvaise surprise, juste une base sereine et propre. Je recommande sans hésitation.

10.0The staff were really friendly and helpful with everything. Our room was cleaned and tidied every day, and getting to the city was super easy with the e-bikes and Cooltra scooters. We had a great experience!
