Pela falta de estrutura de calefação nos quartos, não indicaria este hotel

− Os quartos não tem calefação, as portas da varanda não vedam bem contra o frio externo. A disponibilização de apenas um aquecedor portátil para um quarto de 4 pessoas não é suficiente e ficamos muito desconfortáveis com o frio

7.0A localização é boa, o café da manhã gostoso! O funcionário do café é ótimo! A questão da cortesia para a vila Capivari tbm é um ponto positivo.
− Não gostei do chuveiro. Tomei banho quase gelado todos os dias. E em julho! O hotel deve melhorar esse ponto.

8.0A parte infantil do hotel é ótima! Funcionários são agradáveis em sua maioria.
− O chuveiro era muito difícil de regular, e não tinha indicação sobre água quente e fria, tive que entrar em contato com a recepção. A área infantil é ótima, mas não tem local para os adultos acompanharem, um sofá ou algo do tipo. O transfer pro centro e o mesmo do hotel e pousada, dependendo pode demorar
