9.0Everything was great: comfortable beds, very clean space, breakfast with many options and the staff could prepare some additional meals as well. They did not have gluten free options on display, but they did have a sign to ask the staff for the options: which is such a great thing to do, as this avoids contamination and food going to waste. I was in the room at their garden and it was super cosy! Super close to the train station, what proved very helpfum for my arrival and departure, but also to do some day trips from there. Overall, amazing stay! I will definitely consider it as a first option when I go back to Lund.
− The hotel provided all the guidance on how to do my check in far in advance, and also on my check in date. I did struggle to find it, though, and they were very timely and responsive, which helped me find it in no time - the guidance from their messages was correct all along, but the messages they shared were so rich in information that I lost one important detail which was which entry I should be considering (they have 2).

9.0C’est simple, calme et cosy. Les chambres sont confortables et avec climatisation. Le petit déjeuner est juste incroyable ! De qualité, en quantité et du choix ! Le personnel du matin est très sympa et souriant. La propreté est top! L’établissement est situé de l’autre côté de la gare dans le secteur résidentiel donc très calme, très accessible ! Je ne regrette pas moins choix comparé à d’autres hôtels du centre ! Il y a aussi quelques restaurants autour très bons…
− La salle de bain qui n’est pas dans la chambre est moins pratique mais pour un petit séjour ce n’est pas grave. C’est littéralement à une porte de la chambre et il y a peu de passage. Une bouteille d’eau (réutilisable) dans la chambre serait appréciable. Un peu pénible qu’il n’y ait pas de poignée à la fenêtre de la chambre….
