5.0The Staff: Most of the hotel staff are wonderful, professional, and very friendly. Exceptional Service (Mr. Wet): He was incredibly professional, polite, and helpful throughout your stay. His actions were truly heroic, especially his quick response in saving your son at the pool. The Swimming Pool: This was the highlight of your stay, offering great activities. The Location: The hotel is situated in a decent and convenient location.
− Reception Staff: Their communication style was aggressive and focused on threats. Room Condition: The furniture is old and worn out; the room is in urgent need of renovation. Bathroom Design: The window opening into the room raises privacy and security concerns. Cleanliness: The elevator was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast was disappointing and of poor quality. Value for Money: The experience suggested that better hotels are available in the area at the same price point.
