전등/TV 다 안되서 30분동안 아무것도 못함. 직원들 대처도 아주 느렸음. 시설 자체도 굉장히 올드했음

− 방을 받았는데 불도 안켜지고, TV도 안됨. 직원들 대처도 엄청 느렸고, 결국 TV는 안됐음 방 작은걸로 바꿔준다고 해서, 그럼 금액 변경해달라고 하니까 예약 플랫폼 사이트로 문의하라고함
