10.0Very welcoming and polite staff, especially Melan who processed check-in. My room was very spacious and clean, I loved the separate shower and bathtub. Also, the walk-in wardrobe is something you don't see in many hotels. The location of the hotel is also another plus point. So near the Harbour Bay ferry terminal, you can literally just walk over easily. Around the vicinity are also many eateries and spa centres to keep your stay occupied. With the provided free shuttle service to the new K Square Mall, I definitely will consider staying here again.
− Breakfast spread is good, except for the Western cuisine area. More variety is more welcomed.
