Unhelpful staff. Uncomfortable due to a leaking toilet and blocked shower. Unhelpful staff.

− The toilet was leaking and the shower was blocked. We asked to transfer rooms. The staff said they’d send someone to look at it. No one came. We weren’t transferred. Poor service which is rare in Bali.

− Le personnel du bar qui pourrait être plus amical et la qualité du jus d'orange ' fresh" qui ressemble de l'orangeade très sucrée et coupée avec de l'eau. A revoir.
