10.0One of the best kept hotel/motels I have stayed at - even smells clean. Easy parking. Walking distance to two food spots and a convenience store. Quiet. Doesn’t really get hot in San Pedro, just note, must open windows during warmer months - no a/c. Front desk associates are the most friendly!!

10.0We had a great stay. Came for a weekend festival. The awesome gentlemen at the front office was able to get us in early. I didn't catch his name, but he was so friendly. The room was clean, and comfortable. No complaints. We will definitely stay here again.

10.0The staff was friendly and kind in all aspects. The location is clean, close to a bar where the locals were inviting and a corner store all in walkable distance. There are even a couple of breakfast joints nearby that have good food.
