Limpeza e conservação deficiente.
4.0A localização e o atendimento no café da manhã são ótimos, deixa muito a desejar na limpeza e estado de conservação dos quartos. A limpeza diária se resume em esticar os lençóis. passar um pano ou varrer o chao do quarto não acontecem, as áreas comuns também com a limpeza bem ruim. Meu quarto tinha lençóis velhos e manchados, tudo com muita falta de limpeza e conservação. Infelizmente não retornarei a essa pousada pois já fiquei em outras que estão em condições melhores e mesmo preço.

8.0É a segunda vez que eu fico e quando fui da primeira vez a pousada estava nova, o café da manhã e o atendimento eram excepcionais. Dessa vez, dois anos depois, as manutenções básicas não foram feitas, o café da manhã deixou a desejar e o atendimento somente de duas pessoas foi perfeito. O restante, trabalhava com má vontade.

Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature.
