En la descripción del apartamento no se indica que está en un tercer nivel. No apto para personas mayores pues no cuenta con elevador. Las camas son tan duras como una tabla y descansar fue casi imposible. La limpieza del lugar no óptima (mesa sucia, basura en el bote del baño, almohadas viejas) Falta de papel higiénico, solo un rollo para cuatro personas. Llegamos a tender camas, y no cuenta con ningún servicio. Al final de la estancia te solicitan dejar limpio, sacar basura, lavar platos, etc. No es claro desde un inicio.

This is a nicely appointed little apartment with great amenities and very easy access to the medieval city of Carcassone. It does have a moisture problem which is a concern if you have respiratory issues. We enjoyed the access to the old city and the easy access to many dining options, but would be hesitant to return because of the moisture issues.

Great location between the Medieval cite and the new bastide area. Nice views from the balcony. The apartment had everything needed. Could do with a couple of touch ups in couple areas,but it was really clean. Really good communication about arriving and leaving Would stay here again

We enjoyed having an apartment to ourselves! Very clear instructions for getting in and host responded quickly to our questions. A/c worked great and outdoor patio was enjoyed. Everything was very comfortable and having a couple small grocery stores nearby was a plus. Couldn’t find directions for operating the dishwasher. Maybe include them somewhere? Thank you for a wonderful stay!
