6.0Staff were excellent and very helpful - breakfasts were plentiful and well presented - the beds were very comfortable, but the general cleanliness of the room and bathroom not so good - also the stairways and landings very untidy and cluttered - giving a very shabby look.

6.0- The location is great, right by the main shopping area. - The included breakfast was excellent, and mitigated against the relatively high cost of the room. - Staff were generally friendly and helpful.
Same Price Rooms - but Miles Apart for Quality
6.0Good breakfast and pleasant staff. Very busy pub with wall-to-wall football screens and general bar drinkers hubbub. Avoid Goodwood room - very small, extremely noisy road outside, especially as window didn’t close properly, no wardrobe for hanging, only coat hooks & only just enough room for two single beds pushed together. Well used bathroom but good shower despite flooding the floor due to poorly designed shower screen. Cracked sink, toilet roll is behind the toilet, black mould. And yet, for the same price, Amberley room was spacious, quiet, modern, fully furnished with a better designed, bigger and updated bathroom. So two of our party were well happy, two were extremely envious!
