6.0Ordered a room for 3 people and was given a king bed with a twin mattress on the floor. Not very comfortable for the price and a 5 star hotel. People were very nice.

8.0Staff at Grand Park Hotel were extremely nice and welcoming. Rooms are big and comfortable with easy parking access if you are arriving by car. The dining areas are not smoke-free which is the only criticism I could find for this hotel. Restaurant was good and portions are very generous.
