2.0There were no staff....noone around....area overgrown with weeds....looks deserted. We tried 4 times over 3 hours to check in and called several times....will be requesting a refund from hotels.com. We were forced to suddenly make alternate arrangements.....Will never ever book this again.

2.0Hotel was closed and appears to be closed for sometime now with tall weeds in the parking lot. Calling the phone number in the office window just yields endless ringing then termination unable to leave a message. Thankfully Expedia expedited a refund without any issues! Thank you Expedia for being so prompt.

2.0They got me stranded outside. Took my money and closed 7 minutes before my arrival on nasty blizzard night. WHO CLOSE a hotel 10 pm? .. I swear I called at 10:07 and they didn't answer. Ridiculous place. Don't book here, I won't

4.0No snow plows on parking lot, have to crawl all over snow and ice to check in, all sidewalks to get to rooms have ice ridges from snow that has melted off the roof. Tub in bathroom is cracking just above the drain and is absolutely filthy. Bathroom light fixture has rust on it from moisture and bathroom fan cover is clogged with fuzzy grey crap. We also had to go ask for toilet tissue. Should not be able to rent that room.
