10.0Magnifique séjour , calme et reposant dans un grand confort et c est très agréable et très chaleureux Un immense merci pour ce séjour ainsi que l accueil et le grand professionnalisme de tout le personnel

6.0Isolation phonique un peu légère, les portes des couloirs claquent souvent le soir et la nuit, c'est dommage. L'emplacement et l'intérieur sont très chouettes

Grosse déception , très mauvaise nuit , un quartier glauque fréquenté par des dealers !!
4.0Chambre correcte . Basique .
− Très mauvaise literie . Fenêtres impossibles à ouvrir et une fois ouvertes , impossible de les fermer . L’accueil doit être disponible 24 h / 24 . Or les portes étaient closes à notre arrivée vers 15 h et nous avons dû attendre 18 h pour profiter de notre chambre . Aucune explication , pas de contact téléphonique . Situation dans un quartier très mal fréquenté .
