8.0Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch vom Puccini Museum und der Seebühne während des Festivals. Nettes Personal. Frühstücksbuffet . Fussgängerzone. Der See ist direkt gegenüber. Am Ankunftstag war das Restaurant geschlossen, wir bekamen netterweise noch ein einfaches Gericht serviert.
Für zwei Tage zum Besuch des Puccini-Festivals okay.
7.0Lage Nähe des Teatro Puccini war perfekt.
− Merkwürdige Zimmer . Das Bett erreicht man über Stufen. Darunter befindet sich ein Whirlpool. Bad veraltet, zu wenig Licht und Steckdosen.

Fabulous find. Excellent food, comfortable, quirky in a beautiful location.
9.0Idiosyncratic with a pull out jacuzzi under the platform bed! Rooms decorated by quotes and motifs from Puccini operas. We had the Tosca suite overlooking the lake. Staff were exceptional. The food was amazing and cheap! We ate there all the time we stayed in Torre del Lago.
− This isn’t a dislike, but a fact, without a car, or a prebooked taxi it’s a long walk from the railway station. There are buses, but you have to time it to catch one to coincide with your train. It’s not unwalkable, but in 33 degree heat, it was. The hotel did get a taxi to pick us up as I’d believed the web when it said there were taxis at the station, there aren’t, but it wasn’t cheap. They got us a cab to Pisa airport when we left, cost 100 euros.
