− The lift was out of order, and I believe had been for some time. The rooms are very tired and in need of a serious freshen up
Basic stay, don’t expect much

− A lot of the facilities are run down and don’t match the photos- including the facilities such as washing machine wasn’t working and the spa didn’t work. The lifts didn’t work and the pool looks to need a lot of attention. It’s 3 star at best

1.0Location and comfy beds
− We paid extra money for a spa room and the spa wasnt even working, after a big day we came back looking forward to the spa it took 1 hour to fill due to no water pressure only to find it didnt work, and no one told us, i contacted them straight away hoping they could fix it no one responded, and when our booking agent contacted the property they refused to come to an agreement, they refused to help or offer any compensation. The room is not as described it is false advertising and not compensating anything at all was not fair as they obviously knew it wasnt working due to ignoring our messages. I will never stay here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
