We stay always at this hotel because of the hospitality and fix the loud broom noise from AC

5.0The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Intan at the bar was wonderful!!
− The rest of the staff were disinterested and very slow on service. The food was not good. The atmosphere was non-existent. I wouldn't stay again.
OK given remote location
7.0Rooms impeccably clean. The female staff are incredible, I'm no so sure about the male staff in the restaurant, the women were busy serving and clearing while the men chatted and looked at their phones. Intan was delightful 😊
− Restaurant food - I was served grilled prawns that were tiny, dirty shrimp. One was sour so I hope I don't get sick tonight. I pointed this out to the waitress who took my plate but was lost in translation and I didn't want to make a big deal.
