Unreliable managing
2.0I have booked one month before my holiday, I payed, they confirmed, but they deleted my reservation 5 days before the holiday without any explanation. A very bad behavior, in a horrible case of overbooking, on an island without any alternative, in August period. Pay attention guys!

2.0Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto aspettare un'ora al sole per poi dirci che la camera prenotata in realta' non era disponibile. Ci hanno fatto alloggiare in un hotel veramente orribile di un loro amico. Stanza piccola e arredamenti anni 80 e senza vista mare. Non si sono mai scusati del problema. Persone veramente scorrette ed approfittatrici
