snowcrest is very outdated and there wasn't enough seats to sit in. we rented an apt for 6 and only had a couch and 1 chair to sit in we do not recommend you to stay here soaring eagle is right beside snowcrest and would recommend that place

Our unit at Snowcrest was in satisfactory. No major complaints. Not satisfied that specific check-in information was not given at the time my reservation was confirmed. Upon arrival at Snowcrest, we learned that there is no front desk and we had no idea where to get our key for the room. I had to track down the resident manager of the building who was kind enough to let me use her home phone (no cell service whatsoever on the mountain). From there I was able to call the direct number given for Snowcrest. We were directed from there to go to a different location to check in and receive our key. So overall, the accommodations are good, but be sure to ask ahead of time about the check-in details and know that you have to go to Mountain Top Check-in at Snowshoe before your arrival at Snowcrest.

Worst customer service ever

Was charged a large sum of money for damages without authorization when damages did not occur during our stay. Nobody at the hotel would return our calls, and would refer us to people who had no idea about the situation. Made no attempt to resolve situation. Would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you like paying for them to remodel their condo.

Nice roomy condo. Plenty of linens and everything you need. Good internet service
