10.0At the heart of Old Town, ATH was excellent. A hotel fit for magazines, the lobby staff was professional and welcoming. I had a large room with the balcony facing the church and it was a great experience. Any outside noise was minimal surprisingly even with the church bells right across the room. Love it and would definitely stay again!

8.0The hotel was absolutely beautiful and it was in a great location. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and very reasonably priced.
− There is a lot of noise from the neighborhood especially in the evenings. Lots of loud music from other venues. The thing that was most aggravating is that I was charged a $250 incidentals, $50 a day for 5 days. I was told when we were checking out that I was going to get an email from the hotel showing that the refund would be processed. I have yet to receive any email, and have been unable to get anyone on the phone as the phone number listed online is inaccurate. I feel like I got cheated.
