8.0I arrived later in the night and when checking in, the employee was not very personable. I felt as if I was interrupting her. I did call earlier in the afternoon to let them know I would be arriving later but after driving 5 hours, I wasn't very happy to be greeted in the manner I was. I have stayed here once before and had a very enjoyable experience

6.0Pros: Hotel seemed newer and in good condition. Close to casino and cross valley. Cons: Our shower had mold on the curtain so it was quite smelly. The pool and hot tub needed a little bit of supervision. People in street clothes and kids jumping in hot tub. Coffee not great
