I like that you're restoring the property, and hopefully adding amenities. Keep at it. Once the full premises are restored, including replacing all walkways, it will be very nice. Good location; pleasant backyard.

− Need a lobby area, and PLEASE make sure wifi is available and works; and in my Captain Nook's unit I couldn't get the switch from tub faucet to shower to engage. Good enough sleep, though.

25th anniversary trip was great at the New Buffalo Inn.

THe location was 1 short block walk to the cutest brunch spot Alyssa Vibe. A 1/2 mile walk to the Main Strip, where shopping resturants and ice cream shops are. By car the town is easy to navagiate, The New Buffalo Inn location, was great for us. We were there during the week and it was quieter, easy to find parking, but Mon and Tues some restruants are closed, which is No fault of the Buffalo Inn. THe hot tub was well maintained and a bonus because it wasn't stated clearly in Booking.com listing, so when we got there I was super excited to see they had one. The unit itself was as described, bed was very nice, sometimes you never know with booking listings. THe owners were so responsive to searching after we left for a lost item. They personally went there and had cleaner double check, later I did find my item at home. So it all worked out. but Sarah communicated by text and email, immediately. Ironically we were assigned the Goodrich room. It was a delight because my maiden name is Goodrich. We arrived in the afternoon with a text 1 hr before with how to enter the room. Which had the aircondition going so it was cool. I was worried with the room facing the road that the traffic sounds would enter the room while trying to sleep, although you could hear big trucks during the day time. We napped so it wasn't a distraction. At night no trucks, so no worries.

− The grounds are lush, like most homes, there is a constant need for outdoor trimming and weeding. The landscaping adds to the experience. Very rurual cottage in the woods feeling. The boardwalk to the room had some loose boards, we noticed a carpenter was on site, upgrading some of the fencing, decking. So the New Buffalo Inn, is responsive to repairs

Location was close to stores, restaurants etc . Perfect ! Beach was 10-15 min walk or 5 min drive without traffic . Clean & neat

− 1. View was Ok. Kitchen windows was facing parking lot and busy street. *suggestions: needs a bench at foot of bed Or small recliner chair .

Almost like a bed and breakfast place. Very roomy. It was like a one bedroom apartment. It was close enough to everything where you could walk.

− The property needs updating some of the amenities are dated. The jacuzzi and patios.

Even though it is on a very busy street, it is secluded just enough to feel like your on a quiet Rd. It was so comfortable, cozy and beautiful outside. I loved most the self check in! That was great to just show up and go straight to our room!
