− Der Boden im Badezimmer wurde nicht einmal von Haaren befreit, nicht gewischt, und die Balkone sind eine absolute Katastrophe, total verschmutzt.
Olympia = 11/10.
10.0Perfekt hotel, nápomocný personál, vynikajúce raňajky, famózny bazén, excelentná masáž. 11/10.
W tej cenie - nie polecam. Przy połowie ceny jaką płaciłem było by to odpowiednie do oferty hotelu.
4.0Obsługa jak już się na nią uda trafić, poza recepcją i restauracją (tu obsługa była niemal zawsze), bardzo miła. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Względnie cicho w pokojach gdyby nie średnio-skuteczna i pozornie działająca klimatyzacja.
− Obsługa choć przemiła to na ogół nieobecna, basen pusty, nikogo z obsługi, brak ręczników - okazuje się, że w hotelu o cenie niewiele mniejszej za dobę niż płaciłem niedaleko rynku w Pradze należy mieć swój ręcznik lub zabrać z pokoju. Jakość wykończenia łazienki, a co za tym idzie możliwości utrzymania jej w higienie - niedostateczna. Taki zabawny przykład - szczotka do czyszczenia toalety zawieszona w pojemniku bez dna, toteż po ewentualnym jej użyciu i odwieszeniu, woda wraz z zapewne nieusuniętymi do końca zanieczyszczeniami będzie radośnie lać się na podłogę. Brak parkingu - wbrew temu co by sugerowała wyszukiwarka booking. Gdybym wiedział, że muszę wędrować po mieście za parkingiem, nawet wskazanym przez obsługę - jednakże płatnym około 60PLN za dobę - nie skorzystałbym z oferty tego hotelu. Przy basenie szumnie reklamowanym jako wellnes, spa center czy coś tego rodzaju - nie ma się co spodziewać obsługi, ergo bez wizyty na recepcji - nie dowiecie się czy coś z oferty możecie wykorzystać, bo recepcja przy basenie pusta, basen 5 piętro, recepcja pierwsze, a jak na ironię winda nie działała przez dwa lub trzy dni z pobytu 5 nocy. Sprzątanie pokoju to tylko zmiana ręcznika, śmieci nie wyrzucono, łóżek nie posłano, kosmetyków nie uzupełniono. Bardzo monotematyczne śniadania, niewielki wybór produktów, nijak się ma to do ceny za pobyt. Hotele z 3 gwiazdkami mają szerszą ofertę śniadaniową. Słaba klimatyzacja i głośna. Łóżka dramatycznie niewygodne.

7.0Lokalita výborná. Pokud jde o snídani, vcelku dobrá, mohl být větší výběr pečiva. U večeře kladně hodnotím, že nebylo nutné k večeři kupovat nápoje. Celkově spokojenost.
− Chyběla nám vířivka případně zážitkový bazén, rovněž širší nabídka procedur.
