8.0This was my second time staying here and I absolutely love it! Location is fabulous, the terrace is perfect for an evening drink. The staff work so hard and are very attentive. Food and drinks lovely.
− Sauna could be hotter and the mattress dipped on both sides so likely needs replacing.
We had a lovely stay , it was excellent .
10.0It was light and airy , plenty of space . Excellent coffee and tea very high standard. Water which was change every day. Beautiful view very quiet .
− The only thing I thought was it could have done with some blinds on bathroom and main bedroom windows , not very private . We had to keep curtain , blind curtains down which was a shame because of the light . But it most certainly didn’t spoil our stay or holiday .
Excellent Hotel
9.0This hotel was incredibly clean. It is modern and you can clearly see it has been invested in. The rooms have a beautiful crisp decor. The staff were attentive. I particularly observed how the staff were well mannered and caring towards the elderly (with respect), nothing was too big to ask for. The view from the hotel you can just make out the lake from the ground floor.
− This hotel is exceptional. To go the extra mile, it would be good to have high quality fans (the current ones are not productive), and a bottle of water stocked in each room, particularly in the summer months. The shower pressure could be improved but I have to be fair, they are located at the top of a hill.
