− Quando entrei em contato via telefone para efetuar minha reserva, o atendente disse que estava sem disponibilidade de quatro família (uma cama de casal e uma cama de solteiro), então eu falei que não teria problema deles colocar uma cama auxiliar, falei também eu eu iria fechar pelo booking então o atendente disse que que eu poderia fechar com o valor combinado, pois como era quarto casal o valor seria tal. Ao chegar no hotel, falei tudo o que havia acontecido e o recepcionista pediu para eu entrar em contato com a booking pois eles deveriam colocar a informação do meu filho no sistema, fiquei mais uma hora em ligação com o booking e o atendente disse que entraria em contato com o hotel e que era para eu ficar tranquilo que tudo iria se resolver, o atendente do booking disse que o hotel havia aceitado e que eu teria que pagar a diferença, claro que não aceitei pois eu disse que queria pagar o valor combinado com o atendente do hotel no dia da reserva, então o atendente do booking perguntou o que tinha esquecido e qual o valor que o hotel havia me passado, disse que estava formalizando tudo o que falei por e-mail para o hotel, disse também que teria que desligar pois já estava tudo resolvido e eu só precisaria esperar o hotel liberar minha entrada, mas não foi isso que aconteceu o hotel me informou que eu teria que pagar a diferença e que sem isso infelizmente não poderia me hospedar, nisso já fazia mais de duas horas que eu estava lá na recepção, o recepcionista que lá estava me atendendo pediu para entrar em contato na central de reservas do hotel e falar novamente o que havia acontecido, então tive que ligar e explicar novamente, a pessoa da central que me atendeu disse que localizou minhã ligação mas infelizmente não estava encontrando as informações que passei, que minha ligação não havia sido gravada e que se eu não pagasse a diferença não poderia me hospedar. Inacessível tal situação e constrangimento, pois fiquei mais de duas horas sem resolver nada.

5.0− Instalações antigas. Tinha uma obra acontecendo ao lado do meu quarto, podiam ter avisado que logo cedo iria ter muito barulho.
