Overall, good, but mattress protectors and an extra deep clean would make it better.

− Beds did not have mattress protectors for bedbugs, dust mites, etc. there was just a sheet on mattress. Tub needed a better cleaning.
Pleasant and comfortable.
9.0Good location for our needs. Comfortable space. Very clean. Lots of lighting options. Easy check in and out. The pizza place next door was tasty.
− One bed was basically against the air conditioning unit in the room. The beds are locked in place because of some built in features.

The staff were amazing helping me work through the situation with booking.com and refunded me the nights i left early.
7.0Location was awesome. Just different then I expected from Booking.com marketing of the hotel
− Loud when people walk by, air unit was loud. Not to much privacy. View of parking lot. No closet. Hotel is great for 1 or 2 nights visiting the great hikes of lake placid. There are no closets storing cloths for 2 week was in pleasant.

10.0The location was prefect, walkable distance from the Main Street with lots of restaurants and kayaking options. The room was clean and spacious. The door code didn’t work, but the staff responded immediately with the correct code. There was a new lounge area next to our room. The hotel allowed us to park our car till the evening even after we checked out.
− Include wine openers in the pantry in the lounge area.
