7.0Boa piscina e quadras de esportes. Funcionário encarregado no restaurante muito atencioso e eficiente.
− Funcionários da recepção noturna sem treinamento adequado, postura inadequada com os hóspedes. Salão de jogos sucateados. Tacos de sinuca empenados, bolas de sinuca de tamanhos diferentes. Mesa de ping-pong com rede rasgada, raquetes velhas e bolas quebradas/amassadas. Azulejos do banheiro do quart soltando.

7.0Gostamos muito do hotel, o café da manha é excelente. As piscinas são boas, e o toboga é mto legal e faz a diversao das crianças. O playground e as quadras são mto boas.
− Deixa muito a desejar no quesito limpeza. No café da manha pegamos varios copos e pratos sujos, no quarto tambem a limpeza principalmente dos banheiros deixam muito a desejar, o box com bastante lodo nos cantos, e quando entramos no quarto pela primeira vez havia cabelos no banheiro e no shao do quarto. A piscina climatizada também estava bem sujinha.
