7.0− Dear Hotel Management, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during our stay at your hotel last week in Munich. While we were asleep during the night, someone entered our room twice without knocking or obtaining our permission. This was extremely disturbing and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We believe that guests' privacy and security should always be respected. We would appreciate it if you could explain why this happened and what measures you take to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. We look forward to your response. Please note the reception opening hours are as follows: 06:30 - 22:30.
