Good facilities but inconsistent customer service
6.0Pretty location and hotel with good facilities (pool and spa are good). Most disappointing is the inconsistency of the hotel staff/service. Woman in charge of breakfast is brilliant (and breakfast is very good). Just wish all staff followed her and Ahmed's examples as other staff were rude (wife was accused of losing hotel season ski pass and comic incident where she was told "bye" multiple times when asking for milk for kids outside restaurant hours etc.). As my Zurich friends tell me, it's part knock-on effect of local staffing issues due to Corona, part language barrier with some staff, and just part lack of customer service culture (was told to go to Austria if I want decent service). Overall experience was enough not to return unfortunately...

8.0It is nice. Staff tried to be helpful. No WiFi in 2 rooms, we switch 2 room bevor we get one with constant WiFi. One rooms TV was broken, nobody tell us that, we figured it out after we moved in. Restaurant are fine, pricy like everything in Switzerland. Stuff was not really nice, kinder neglecting us, probably because we were with small children. Not bad, but for this price schuld have been much better…

10.0Man fühlt sich rundum wohl... in den sehr schön renovierten Zimmern, im Wellness-Bereich und auch in den Restaurants mit sehr persönlichem Service. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!
