Lovely welcoming owners and immaculately clean Guest house
9.0The owners were very accommodating and friendly, and gave some good sightseeing tips and day trip recommendations. The guest house was immaculate and well situated, it was close to the beach front and five minute walk to the steam train. It was a lovely weekend away.
Excellent in every aspect
10.0What a beautiful hotel inside and out. Carl and Tace were so friendly and helpful, very inviting and very accommodating to us. The location is superb..excellent proximity to the car park which in itself was very easy and cheap to use.the hotel is literally a 100yards to the sea front and the funfair/pier. Only 2 streets over is the tourist "strip" full of great places to eat and shop. Absolutely perfectly located. The room was beautiful and so comfy.with lots of space for everything. The room and private bathroom were above perfectly clean. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk supplied. We thought it was great that we could come and go as we please with no curfew Excellent value for money We'll definitely be going back

8.0The hosts were lovely, Carl was very good at communication and helped us out a lot furing our stay, Tace was very nice to chat to and they have two adorable little dogs! Breakfast was very good for the price, the bathroom was spacious with a cute seaside design, the house was gorgeous with traditional victorian features, about a 5 minuite walk from the steam train and a comfy bed.
− The shower was a little small for me, limited storage in the room and although the bed was spacious it took up a lot of room, parking was close but not free and made packing / unpacking a bit annoying.

− Room was at the top lol bathroom is quite small but wasnt a huge problem for us.

10.0Perfect in every way . Very friendly owners , who made us welcome . Let us check in early at little earlier than usual . Asked us what time we were arriving and could drop our bag off before the check in time. Gave us good advice on local food places and also the zoo to help us . Good location within few mins of train station and the seafront .
