8.0Staff kind, they had a water filter urn in the room which was very convenient for hiking, arranged sunset tourguide in English Cristian was really awesome.
− Meal prices pretty high, mosquito screens not fully secure on the windows so we got them inside the room and fans weren't a ton of help with the heat. Property is beautiful, the jungle hotels all seem like this.
The whole package- comfortable rooms (even in the summer heat), fun tours, nice restaurant.
10.0We had a wonderful time! We participated in ALL the tours and they were all great. We ate breakfast and lunch at the restaurant, including birthday meals, and they were all fantastic. The room was very comfortable, even in the summer heat. Well-ventilated, but the screens kept out the mosquitos. We slept great.
