10.0This was a great experience. Highly recommend. The hotel provides an actual stepping back in time experience, where you feel like family. The food is good, and the pub is fun. The train was a couple block away, with direct access to London. Windsor Palace very close, it felt very safe.

8.0The Crown and Cushion is ideally located for all Windsor's attractions, the staff are helpful, one of the best hotel breakfasts we have had in a long time, hotel and rooms a little tired, in need of a little TLC and a lick of paint, would definitely stay here again.

10.0Room was excellent. Walls and ceilings are thin and creaky but this didnt bother us. It's in a very quiet street. We all love a great shower and the one here was very good. Lots of tea and coffee in the room. Small carpark at the rear. Location is perfect for Windsor, 5 minute walk. Brealfast was good.
