6.0Room, location, staff. The member of staff did her best in difficult circumstances.
− Stocks were being run down because of a change in tenancy. This resulted in a much reduced offer in respect of food and drinks. Nothing was mentioned in the advert for the property of this. So when we arrived at 4.30pm for a one night stay, and unloaded our gear, and been for a walk around the village, we had little alternative other than to stay.

− Unfortunately most beers were not available. Very hot weather which attracted flies to the breakfast buffet which was uncovered
Fan in room.
8.0Room was good and had a good fan also a small fridge which was handy for fresh milk.
− The stairs were not suitable for anyone with disabilities. Being an old pub the stairs were a little steep also narrow treds. Breakfast was a basic continental.

− Pillows to small, couldn't keep sash windows open and as it was very hot would have been good to have had a fan supplied for the room. Breakfast was very poor as no beverages were available or offered and table was sticky probably from night before
