10.0Really pleased with our apartment. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. There was also a generous welcome pack. As the apartment is on the first floor we had lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Trish, our host, was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend The Mount.

10.0A fabulous stay at this superbly appointed apartment. Warm welcome and very comfortable and quiet and just a short walk into the centre of Somerton with a great choice of places to eat. Super hosting with delightful welcome hamper. One of the best we’ve stayed at and hoping to return to!
A little gem on the Somerset Dorset border
10.0The glowing reviews for the Mount are fully justified. The ancient town of Somerton is ideally placed for visiting the area and has a useful supermarket to buy food if you want to eat in the well equipped kitchen, although you’ll find tea, coffee, milk and probably a few other goodies awaiting your arrival. Beechwood apartment is massive with a huge bedroom, very comfy bed and an excellent bathroom plus a separate lounge with a large flat screen Smart TV. The owner goes out of her way to make you feel at home and provide as much information about the area as possible. We’ll be back!
