It smelt and felt clean! The beds were springy, but we all slept great, the a/c was ice cold, and the location to Kn

− It’s definitely older and a little run down…the elevator could definitely use an update and it should be easier to get ice.
Quality and convenience
10.0The extreme convenience to Knotts Berry Farms. Both parks. My bed was very comfortable.
− Really to be fair the only thing that could make it better is having breakfast since it’s right next to the facility everyone’s going to. I don’t wanna go get breakfast anywhere else.

− Room 101 had a dirty cloth chair, window lock was broken and had a stick securing it closed. Musty odor in the room, mold started in shower ceiling limited parking.
