+ Friendly, attentive staff (multiple mentions of Osman and Baran)+ Central, walkable location near major attractions+ Comfortable and spacious rooms; some with balconies/views+ Nice breakfast buffet enjoyed in garden/veranda− At least one report of poor cleanliness (mould, lingering smell, unclean room)− Immediate surrounding streets described as less pleasant / somewhat rundown− Occasional disorganized airport pickup leading to wait

Excellent Service and Comfortable Rooms
10.0The service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was always helpful and friendly. They even upgraded me to a room with a balcony, so I had a great view! The room was small, but very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to some attractions and to transportation. The breakfast each morning was outstanding, lots of variety and delicious food. The fitness center was also pretty nice for a hotel fitness center. It was pretty well equipped. They also provide laundry service for 400 lira/kg, which I took advantage of. Altogther, an excellent place to stay in Istanbul.
− Nothing! Everything was wonderful!

8.0Good value for money in a good location, situated very conveniently near the Beyazıt tram station and a lively neighborhood with plenty of shopping and eating locations. The facilities were adequate and the breakfast was good.

Lovely stay in a very centrally located charming hotel
10.0This lovely hotel is very centrally located, close to most of the main sights in the old town and five minutes from the grand bazaar. We loved the tastefully decorated bedrooms and lobby, radiating an old-world charm. The staff are all very friendly and helpful without exception, and communication during the booking process was excellent. Thank you to all of them! We’re recommending this to anyone planning to go to Istanbul.
